Want to create a custom link for your schedule, or generate a QR code so volunteers can access the schedule on their phones just by using their camera?
Get Started
- Open the schedule.
- Click Share link > Create custom link or QR code.
Short Links
- Select Create a short link for a quick, shortened URL (great for texts or flyers).
- Click OK to generate it.
Creating Custom Links
Select Create a custom link for a readable, personalized URL.
Click Continue.
Enter your custom text (e.g., /bingo-signup).
Click OK to create the link.
Creating a QR code
- Click "Get shareable QR code" for a scannable code that volunteers can scan with their phone camera to open the schedule.
Click Continue to view the QR code.
Click Download to download the code as an image.
Editing a link
If you want to change your short or custom link, reopen the schedule, click Share link > Edit short link.
Creating a button for websites
If you want to create a button to place on your website, click Share link > Create button for website.
Click Copy HTML.
