Once an opportunity exists, you’ll want to connect volunteers to it, especially for qualified opportunities:
Open the opportunity and go to the Participants tab.
Click "+ Add Volunteers" (top right).
Choose:
Select from your existing volunteer database, or
Add new volunteers (import spreadsheet or type/paste).
