If you need to change your opportunity from Open to Qualified, or vice versa:
Open the opportunity and go to the Participants tab.
Use the drop-down to choose the desired setting.
Make sure the List of volunteers is updated accordingly, especially if switching to a qualified opportunity, so that anyone allowed to can sign up.
