Overview

Recognize your volunteers' contributions and celebrate their achievements with awards! You can create awards for milestones such as serving a certain number of hours (which can be tracked automatically using Logs), recognizing volunteers who serve frequently, celebrating years of service, or honoring any accomplishment that's meaningful to your organization.

How It Works

Creating an Award

  1. Click on the Awards pane on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click the "+ New award" button in the upper right:

  3. Give the award a name, like "50 Hours of Service", or "Always There".
  4. Select a Recipient for the award, give it a Date, choose a Color, and optionally add an Organization logo:

  5. When you are ready, click the "Grant award" button to grant the award to the selected Recipient. The award will open in a new tab, where you can choose to share it on Facebook or LinkedIn, copy a link to send in an email, or download the award as a PDF:

  1. Hover your cursor over the award and select "View history":
